Early Bird Worm Farming
Have you discovered the joys of Composting and Worm Farming? Not only will you reduce your household garbage, its also lots of fun for people of all ages.

We invite you to explore this site and find out how you can enjoy the benefits of your own worm farm and at the same time make a worthwhile contribution towards improving our environment?

What's in a tip?
The average Australian family produces three tonnes of garbage every year, but you probably didn't know that 60% of this garbage is organic and just rots at the tip!!!

By the year 2010, there must be a dramatic reduction in the amount of garbage generated, otherwise Australia will run out of places to dump it, not to mention the impact these tips will have on the natural environment.

Why, you should have a worm farm!
Compost worms are nature's own waste digesters and soil regenerators. Properly farmed and managed worms can significantly reduce the amount of land required for garbage disposal. If each family were to compost their organic waste there would be less land fill.

How?
The answer is very simple and it does not take much time  for the average family on a daily basis to feed a worm farm.

There are a number of worm farms that do not cost a lot from making your own or buying a commercial worm farm.

The main point of worm farming is to use "Compost Worms". Normal garden worms do another job in the garden, like aerating the soil. compost worms after they have eaten al your kitchen scraps help to add nutrient back into your soil or pot plants, also a worm liquid is produced by the worms which is the best liquid fertilizer for all the garden and what's best of all its FREE.
